Sorry for the long gap between articles *insert generic excuse here*. The post-Nova of wrapping up my militia force(a proper article on them is in the works) has faded and I’m looking to 2020 projects, all of which are geared towards the Solar War and The Scouring.
This first list is of course, another militia army. I wrote it before reading The Lost and the Damned, but now that I’ve done so I can’t wait to get this force assembled. The theme was taken from a smell blurb in Solar War about an orbital platform being stormed by thousands of traitor militia juiced up on combat stims.

So I tooled the wargear and provenances in this list to give the maximum number of attacks to each model. With the +1 attack from the Auxilia pistols and Feral Warriors, and then Rage from the Frenzon dispensers, your basic infantry have FIVE attacks on a charge at WS4. Their modest toughness values and armor save aren’t particularly important. They’re there to fight and die for the favor of the dark gods.
I wrote this next list solely because I got an amazing deal on a large force of Imperial Fists bikers already painted up and ready for the table. This list is no way geared towards making the most of my favorite legion’s rules or characters, but honestly, that’s half the point. This force will represent a mobile column on the Ring of Iron or maybe a quick reactive detachment to address an attack in the Imperial Palace.

This list, to me, personifies the desperate defense of the Sol System. I imagine this force charging the traitor lines; hopelessly outnumbered, but resolved to sell their lives dearly. Also, those power lances are S7 on a charge, which is pretty okay against Demons and Mech.
